Installing add-ons in MSFS 2020

• 1Open MSFS 2020 → Settings → General → enable DevMode to see your Community path.
• 2Typical path: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_…\LocalCache\Packages\Community
• 3Download the archive or installer from your X-Shop email after purchase.
• 4For .zip: extract into Community so the package folder contains manifest.json (no zip-in-zip nesting).
• 5For .exe: run as administrator and select your sim folder.
• 6Fully quit MSFS (including system tray) and relaunch.
• 7Open My Library → Community — the package should show without errors.
• 8If missing, check Content Manager and enable the package manually.
